Should you receive an incorrect
or faulty product please contact us and we can arrange
an exchange or refund to be made either by returning
it by mail to our office. An
incorrect choice or unwanted gifts may not be refunded,
but may be exchanged Once you have received confirmation
of the return, simply mail the selection back to

You will receive a credit within five business
days of our receiving your order.
In order to aid in the return process, keep the
original shipping package.
Note: Shipping charges will
only be refunded in the case that the error was
at the fault of the Howie Brothers. If you have
changed your mind about your on-line purchase,
all return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer.
Generally, sellers do not have to give refunds,
credit or exchanges if consumers:
* Simply change their minds,
decide they do not like the goods or have no use
* Have discovered they can buy the goods for less
* Examined the goods before buying and ought to
have seen any obvious fault
* Had the defect drawn to their attention before
buying (e.g. when the goods were labelled as seconds
and faults were clearly marked), or
* Damaged the good by unreasonable or unintended
If any item in your order has
a cracked jewel case, contact us. We will ship
you a replacement jewel case at no extra charge.
Your order can be changed or
cancelled at any time before your order is sent.
Once the order has been placed you can cancel your
order, or any part of it, but you must have a PayPal
account to do this. We
can only cancel orders that have not been shipped.
If you have submitted an order
in error or changed your mind after your order
is in the shipping process, we accept returns at
your cost for postage and handling.
The shipping times of items at
The Howie Brothers is usually 1-5 days
for each order. This is only an estimate and
NOT A GUARANTEE, but it is a good indicator of when
you can expect your order to be shipped (not delivered).
The Howie Brothers makes every effort to fulfil all
orders placed, however we cannot guarantee the in
stock position of all of our CDs, if there is a delay
we will notify the customer via e-mail.
Please note that in the case of
multiple items, if some or any of the items are unavailable,
The Howie Brothers may ship products as they become
available. Consequently, your order may be shipped
to you in a number of pieces. Orders of this nature
are only charged ONCE for shipping, regardless of
the number of separate shipments sent.

ALL ITEMS ARE STOCKED AND USUALLY
SHIP WITHIN 1 - 5 Days:
This item is stocked on a regular basis and should
be shipped within one working week.
If you have not received your order within 30 days,
you have the option to cancel or continue to wait
for your order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If an item becomes
temporarily UNAVAILABLE, we will contact you by e-mail.
Your order will be shippped to the address supplied
to us via PayPal when you placed the order, if you
wish to change the addressed you supplied us, you
must do so before the order is shipped.
